Local 1724 is comprised of approximately 620 City of Eugene employees who provide a broad spectrum of community services including the sweeping and repairing our streets; maintaining our wastewater system; maintaining and cleaning our parks and public facilities; shelving and organizing the resources at our Library; reviewing and approving permits, payments, and efficiently handling countless community requests.
